You may use Statistica Basic Academic (the “Software”) only if and for as long as you meet the eligibility requirements stated in the "Are you eligible?" tab or such requirements as may otherwise be set by TIBCO Software Inc. (“TIBCO”). Without limiting the foregoing, to be eligible, you must currently be enrolled as a student or employed as an active faculty member at an accredited academic institution.

You may use the Software only for educational purposes connected with the academic institution with which you are associated and you may not transfer your right to use the Software to any person or entity.

The Software may be installed, registered and used on two computers.

You may contact Kivuto Customer Support or create a free login on support.tibco.com for assistance with installing the Software. However, Kivuto and TIBCO do not provide any other technical support or maintenance services for the Software. TIBCO provides free e-learning materials and user forums.

The Software is provided to you “as-is,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied

Your use of the Software is governed by the TIBCO End User License Agreement(“EULA”). In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the TIBCO End User License Agreement and the terms above, the terms above shall apply and take precedence over the EULA.
